Tasks

  • Respond to level 1 technical incidents via phone / email.
  • Analyze the source of problems and handle escalation services for all workstations, printers and network connectivity.
  • Perform configuration and deployment of images on desktops and laptops.
  • Diagnose, categorize and identify emergencies.
  • Proactively interact with the customer to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

    • Job requirements

  • Degree or certification in computer science or IT.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in network connectivity.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 10 environment and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge to support Macs (iOS).
  • Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English to effectively communicate with English-speaking clients in Canada, and the internal environment is primarily English-speaking 80% of the time.
