Our client, located in Fraser Valley, is looking for a Conveyancer to join their team. This particular role calls for an individual who is keen to broaden their knowledge and experience base. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to :
Drafting and maintenance of documents related to conveyancing including purchases, sales and refinancing
Liaise and assist clients as well as lawyers and brokerages
Performing corporate searches, LTO searches, conflict searches, and due diligence searches
The ideal candidate will have :
A minimum of five years experience in Conveyancing, ideally with some experience in commercial real estate
Completion of a LAA or Paralegal program from an accredited institution
Effective communication skills – interpersonal, verbal and written
Strong computer skills
Confident and dependable – strong initiative and ability to work effectively with a team as well as independently
Salary : $75,000 – $95,000 per year dependent on experience.
