As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a skilled and dynamic Data Analyst to join our team.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will be responsible for turning data into meaningful insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a keen understanding of statistics. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with our business teams to identify, collect and analyze data from multiple sources to extract valuable information, and provide recommendations to improve our operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collect, organize and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify patterns and trends.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to the business teams.
  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to identify significant findings in the data, and communicate them in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop strategies to improve process efficiency and drive business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve our data management and processing capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any other related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
  • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and other database management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data sets and insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java is a plus.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industry is preferred but not required.
