Clinical Applications Specialist - Endoscopy
Our client is one of Canada’s largest specialty medical device organizations representing some of most recognized and trusted medical devices and products. Their focus is to provide unparalleled value, support, and service and offer the best technology solutions and pricing for healthcare professionals. Due to exciting growth and expansion, they are hiring a Junior Clinical Applications Specialist based in Edmonton to manage hospital accounts throughout Western Canada, 50% travel is required.
In this newly created role, you will collaborate with the regional sales team in the west to provide excellent technical and product training and clinical application support for hospital customers at all stages of the business cycle, both pre and post sales. This includes conducting evaluations and coordinating installations, providing product training and education seminars, developing effective product launch plans for new accounts, and following up and troubleshooting of equipment on application of the products.
This is a junior role for a recent university graduate (BSc or BKin preferred) that is driven, highly motivated, and customer service focused with business acumen with a desire to build a career in the medical industry. Other requirements include excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation includes a base salary of $60-70K depending on relevant work experience, and performance bonus potential of $20-30K based on achievement of KPIs, plus car package, health benefits and RRSP matching. Please send your resume for immediate consideration to [email protected].
