Notre entreprise est en constante croissance, et nous sommes à la recherche d'un estimateur / estimatrice Senior en bâtiment institutionnel. Rejoins une équipe jeune et passionnée, engagée dans la réalisation de projets d'envergure.
RESPONSABILITÉ DU POSTE
- Examiner et interpréter les documents d’appels d’offres
- Établir les hypothèses des méthodes de construction pour les coûts des matériaux, de la main-d’œuvre, équipements et de la sous-traitance
- Rechercher, identifier, qualifier et maintenir un répertoire des fournisseurs, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants
- Dresser des relevés de quantités, estimer les coûts et réviser les soumissions lors de la fermeture
- Développer et maintenir d’excellents liens d’affaires auprès de notre clientèle, fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Études en ingénierie, architecture, génie civil ou autre formation équivalente;
- Vaste expérience en estimation;
- Forte aptitude en gestion, négociation et supervision;
- Démontrer son savoir-faire en résolution de problème ainsi que son esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
