Description de posteKnowledgeable in some or most of the following software tools : Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, WordPress, Elementor, Shopify, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Web Service Design, Security Principles & Best Practices, SEO & AODA Compliance Good User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Solid ability in both written and verbal communication. Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly code them. High degree of independent judgment. Able to solve complex problems.
Terms of Employment :
Permanent full-time, 37.50 hours per week
Salary and wages : 35.00 per hour
Duties / Responsibility :
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their unique brand identities, target audiences, and business objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative design concepts and strategies that align with client goals and reflect Magenta Design's commitment to crafting visually stunning websites.
- Utilize cutting-edge design techniques and tools to create captivating visual imagery and user interfaces that engage visitors and drive conversions.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all web projects by establishing and adhering to design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Optimize website content and features for usability, accessibility, and search engine visibility, leveraging a deep understanding of user behavior and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement and refine website designs for optimal performance and user experience.
- Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, developers, and marketers to deliver comprehensive web solutions that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications :
Education : A bachelor's degree in computer science or graphic design or completion or a college program in computer science, graphic arts, or Web design is required.
Experience : At least 1 year as a graphic designer or web designer.
