Job Description :
The Digital Campaign Manager ensures digital communications efforts deliver against their objectives to amplify the execution of a super-premium brand voice that drives value across the pet owner journey for ROYAL CANIN and EUKANUBA brands in Canada. This position is a part of the Brand and Pet Owner (BAPO) team and will collaborate with internal / external stakeholders and agencies to plan, implement and measure digital media programs and web experiences to support business objectives that drive strategic vision.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree required. Degree in communications, marketing, digital or related field preferred.
- 6+ years of experience overall and 4+ years of experience in Digital Media (programmatic, social, content, DCO, SEM) expertise in the Canadian market is required.
- Broader digital experience in SEO, UI / UX, CRM, analytics and workflow management is a plus / Professional certification in digital, SEO / SEM or analytics an asset.
- Experience directing work and overseeing agency resource engagement and performance is required.
- Ability to work independently & collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to influence without direct authority and drive forward specific business objectives.
- Experience working & navigating within a multi-national corporate environment a plus.
- Comfort articulating complex challenges & / or solutions to stakeholders and higher management and ability to drive change through effective storytelling.
- CPG & / or science-based consumer brand experience preferred.
- Digital agency & / or tech experience an asset.
