The project manager reports to the Supervisor for Canadian Manufacturing Business Development and is responsible for defining core business strategy for Canadian Manufacturing Business Units. The team is located in Plant 1 in Longueuil and manages a portfolio of commercial and military parts (turbine discs, rotors, combustors) for various PWA programs.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities
- Define the core business strategy for the Canadian Manufacturing Business Units.
- Establish links with customers within RTX divisions and partners.
- Partner with PWC business units for commercial activities alignment from RFQ to invoicing.
- Lead contract reviews.
- Contribute to and help develop new products for customers using new technology developed by the MED.
- Create a communication channel between development and production.
- Drive to ensure customer and product quality, coordinate product definition management.
- In partnership with Production Control, secure input material flow to production lines.
- Trigger and coordinate capacity and volume ramp reviews aligned with forecast.

Location and Compensation
