Description de posteMinimum 2 years of paid professional tax‑preparation experience. Experience preparing and filing personal tax returns that include complex elements such as employment, self‑employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions. Ability to provide CRA Representative Identifier (RepID) to use the CRA “Represent a Client” service upon successful onboarding. Proficiency in both English and French. Fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts and a commitment to ongoing learning. Effective written and verbal communication skills to provide high‑quality service. Customer‑centric problem solving, taking ownership and escalating when appropriate. Research and resourcefulness to deliver suitable solutions to all customers. Basic technical acumen, ability to troubleshoot and learn required tools.

Responsibilities
- Help customers complete their tax returns using Intuit TurboTax products, providing tax guidance and reviewing personal returns, managing product / software inquiries.
- Use government websites, professional resources and team expertise to research and provide the right answer to the customer in terms they understand.
- As a virtual, customer‑facing role, use Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Provide real‑time guidance in both English and French to a variety of Canadian clients.
- Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range : $24.50 / hour – $33.50 / hour (in PEI, BC, and Nova Scotia). Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s plans and programs.
