Health Futures is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to play a pivotal role in our development process. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and quality assurance teams. Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaborative sessions with diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirement discovery, impact analysis, and prioritization.
• Identify and engage key influencer groups to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives).
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and contribute to the product backlog.
• Develop use cases, process workflows, and system interactions for different user personas.
• Support backlog grooming and sprint planning by working closely with Product Owners and Development Teams.
• Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and strategies, ensuring proper test coverage.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) to verify that all functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Assist in root cause analysis and defect triage, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
• Support developers and QA teams by clarifying requirements throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain a repository of reusable requirement artifacts to support future initiatives.
• Develop and maintain verbose system requirement specifications (SRS) and ensure they are well-documented for future reference.
• Provide verbal and written Executive Summaries for leadership on status updates, changes, and incidents.
