Description de posteUniversity graduate, preferably in a business-related discipline. 8 years of working experience in business development, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial services sector. Proven track record in the Bancassurance field, with MCV and banking experience preferred. Good knowledge of industry best practices, legal and compliance frameworks, and market competitive environments. Self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Experience with different product propositions, internal and external marketing, sales skills, training, and sales tools. Ability to stay ahead of the competition and provide extraordinary products and services. Innovative one-stop-shop services with a seamless process to provide excellent customer-centric experiences. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want. This position will be under the Bancassurance team in supporting our bank partner in achieving sales targets. The individual is expected to be highly motivated and result-driven; possesses a strong track record in building relationships, driving sales, and delivering exceptional partnerships with our designated banking partner.
Position Responsibilities :
- Assist the AVP / Director Bancassurance Business Development to work closely with the Bank’s Bancassurance team to formulate, build, develop, implement, and monitor the business and resource plan for Bancassurance Partnership.
- Implement customer-centric propositions and need-based selling strategies for the bank’s customer segments.
- Manage new insurance applications by working with UW, case management, L&C, and New Business teams.
- Support the delivery of ad-hoc assignments or projects.
