Communications Development : Create clear, concise, and engaging communications that resonate with diverse audiences, including non-desk employees. Training & Enablement : Partner with training teams to develop and deliver change readiness programs, ensuring employees feel supported and confident during transitions. Change Impact Assessment : Identify and assess the impacts of change initiatives on various employee groups, focusing on readiness and adoption. Employee Engagement : Facilitate sessions, workshops, and meetings to foster trust, address concerns, and gather feedback. Change Metrics & Reporting : Monitor and measure change adoption using tools like surveys and feedback loops, ensuring alignment with project goals. Experience : 5+ years in change management, organizational development, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing change for HCM / HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system implementations. Experience working in large, complex organizations of 5000+ employees with varying personas (salaried, hourly, unionized). Mindset : A people-first approach with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and empowerment. Education : bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, HR, or related fields. PROSCI certification or similar is an asset. A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward-looking with a holistic approach. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Problem-solving and root-cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Ability to travel. Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, Microsoft Office, and change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).

Summary :
Metro Supply Chain is seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Integration Management Office (IMO). This role is critical to supporting the successful delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives across HR, Finance, and IT . As a key player on the Change Management & Communications team, you will drive employee engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition during complex changes, including system implementations.
