Summary :
Metro Supply Chain is seeking a skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Integration Management Office (IMO). This role is critical to supporting the successful delivery of enterprise-wide change initiatives across HR, Finance, and IT . As a key player on the Change Management & Communications team, you will drive employee engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure a smooth transition during complex changes, including system implementations.

Key Responsibilities :
Change Planning & Strategy : Collaborate with project teams to develop change management strategies tailored to project scope and employee personas, including salaried, hourly, and unionized employees.Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT workstreams to understand change impacts and align on priorities.Communications Development : Create clear, concise, and engaging communications that resonate with diverse audiences, including non-desk employees.Training & Enablement : Partner with training teams to develop and deliver change readiness programs, ensuring employees feel supported and confident during transitions.Change Impact Assessment : Identify and assess the impacts of change initiatives on various employee groups, focusing on readiness and adoption.Employee Engagement : Facilitate sessions, workshops, and meetings to foster trust, address concerns, and gather feedback.Change Metrics & Reporting : Monitor and measure change adoption using tools like surveys and feedback loops, ensuring alignment with project goals.About You :

Qualifications :
Experience : 5+ years in change management, organizational development, or a related field, with demonstrated success in managing change for HCM / HRIS, payroll, or workforce management system implementations.Experience working in large, complex organizations of 5000+ employees with varying personas (salaried, hourly, unionized).Mindset : A people-first approach with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and empowerment.Education : bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, HR, or related fields.PROSCI certification or similar is an asset.Skills :
