About the Company :
The role of the Business Coach (BC) is to conduct remote and in-person support for Qualicare franchisees. The BC will ensure Qualicare franchisees are supported with the goal of improving their overall growth and profitability. The BC, in line with Qualicare’s standard coaching programs, will also assist first year franchisees establishing best practices and maximize first year growth when required. NOTE : This position reports directly to the Vice President of Operations.
About the Role :
The Business Coach will conduct remote performance management meetings with franchisees on a consistent basis to drive shared accountability, problem solve root issues facing their respective businesses and establish short-term objectives that are in line with longer term goals. They will also conduct coaching activities (remote or in-field) as necessary to improve franchisees performance and skill in all facets of the Qualicare business.
Responsibilities :
- Develop marketing plans, budgets and strategic plans that will be part of franchisees’ longer-term goals
- Conduct in-class training workshops to new franchisees as required
- Prepare reports for executive management to track franchisee sales & revenue performance
- Document all calls, meetings and field visits in corporate systems
- Workshops / regional meetings as required
Qualifications :
Previous experience in franchise support is preferred, specifically in a business to consumer environment. Previous experience in the home care industry is preferred. Entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-starter, results-oriented, assertive, enthusiastic and energetic. Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities effectively. Willing to work evenings and weekends when required. Ability to manage a multi-project workload. Strong organizational, conflict resolution, problem solving and planning skills. Ability to make independent decisions; assume complete responsibility for work and decisions. Limited travel between Canada and USA when required.
Required Skills :
Previous experience in franchise support, home care industry, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-starter, results-oriented, assertive, enthusiastic and energetic, time and priority management, willingness to work evenings and weekends, multi-project workload management, organizational skills, conflict resolution, problem solving, planning skills, ability to make independent decisions, travel between Canada and USA.
Preferred Skills :
Experience in franchise support in a business to consumer environment, experience in the home care industry.
Pay range and compensation package :
Competitive base salary. Bonuses based on franchisee performance.
