Job Description

Equinox is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager with strong quantitative and communication skills to support the Business Intelligence Team, playing an essential role in analytics on all aspects of Member Experience.

You will enjoy working on a mission-critical team, which uses robust data sets to draw tactical insights, craft and implement business strategies, and forecast key trends. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience.

The Business Intelligence team works cross-functionally to align business goals and discover opportunities using strong analytics and data insights. The role is based out of our NYC headquarters in Hudson Yards.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support business strategy by providing actionable insights and recommendations
• Prepare and distribute recurring reports to support day-to-day operations and highlight key trends
• Develop subject matter expertise and leverage innovative analyses to identify potential strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business partners across sales, marketing, technology, and operations to achieve company goals
• Automate and streamline existing manual processes whenever possible
• Work with data team to ensure that systems provide accurate, timely, and accessible data
• Manage a team of analysts
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Pay Transparency : Min $120 - Max $150K
