With a focus on pre-seed to Series C VC-backed startups, we have successfully worked with over 50 startups in North America, helping them scale their teams effectively.
Role Overview : We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong business development skills, familiarity with the recruitment industry, and a solid network within the tech and startup communities in Canada and the USA. Your primary focus will be on client acquisition—identifying and securing new business opportunities and passing leads to the account management team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively identify and target potential clients within the tech startup space, focusing on innovative and VC-backed companies in need of recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients, utilizing various outreach strategies including networking, social media, and other sales techniques.
- Engage with key decision-makers, introducing Auxo’s services and establishing initial contact.
- Pass qualified leads to the account management team for further development and closure.

Compensation : This is a 100% commission-based role with competitive rates, providing a significant opportunity for high earnings based on performance.
