We are looking for a motivated and organized Bilingual Project Controller!
You will play a key role in planning and monitoring projects, while ensuring smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone with a background in administration or finance who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advantages
Long-term contract : initial term of 12 months with the possibility of extension.
Hybrid work : flexibility with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
Competitive salary : $38 / hr.
Responsibilities
- Support team on Services and Delivery : planning, deadlines, manages and / or supports the processing of invoices and credit memos
- Receives, from Customers / GL priorities and ensures planning is aligned with priorities.
- Communicates regularly with customers and key personnel (internal and external to customer service) to obtain critical information to support customer requirements and needs
- Supporting with correction of charge codes
- Perform project initialization
- Perform administrative duties and associated paperwork.
- Perform monthly financial analysis and support project review cycles.
- Update information in databases according to the plan / revised plan
- Participates and supports special projects related to improvement initiatives..
