Description de posteDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including engineers, architects, contractors, developers, and project owners. Drive and manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, territory planning, and achieving growth targets. Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, present solutions, and ensure satisfaction with HVAC products and services. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients to help them meet their project design and functional requirements. Stay up to date with industry trends, local building codes, and regulations to effectively advise clients and ensure compliance. Prepare and submit sales call reports, forecasts, and market insights to support business development and strategic planning. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC or mechanical equipment industry, with a proven track record of selling to mechanical contractors. Strong understanding of HVAC-R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) equipment, solutions, and applications. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately diagnose and address client needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions effectively. Strong time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment, where collaboration drives success.
