• 15+ years experience in construction as a High Rise Site Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle high-rise residential developments in Canada preferred
• Have a post secondary education in Business, Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent (MBA and M. Eng. Preferred)
• Have all necessary certifications like Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
• Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale multi family construction projects
• Able to read construction working drawings including and not limited to architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and landscape drawings
• Have a thorough understanding of high-rise residential
