Key Responsibilities :
Assist in handling litigation cases, including personal injury and employment law matters.
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and briefs.
Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
Attend court hearings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and trial preparations.
Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment under supervision.
Qualifications & Skills :
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in California or pending Bar results.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Passion for advocacy and a commitment to client success.
