Description de posteDeliver strategic 1-2-year marketing plans aligned with business revenue targets while managing allocated budgets. Partner with Directors and Senior Directors to develop and execute marketing tactics, including offers, creative direction, target audience selection, and channel strategies. Work collaboratively across Marketing teams and business lines to support overall revenue growth. Build strong relationships with key business contacts to provide strategic marketing insights and become a trusted partner. Oversee the creative development and internal approval process, including legal and compliance reviews for direct marketing initiatives. Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and compliance standards. Serve as the subject matter expert on competitive engagement insights and integrate findings into marketing strategies. Utilize data and analytics to optimize marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable and profitable outcomes. Manage marketing budgets efficiently, maximizing channels and return on investment. Maintain ongoing communication and provide regular updates on campaign status and key marketing activities. Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance direct marketing communications and engagement. 1+ years of experience in managing creative and marketing communication processes across various mediums, including direct and interactive marketing. 1+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with knowledge of retail banking and credit card products. Experience in email marketing and producing client-facing communications. Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure costs align with approved estimates. Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience. 3+ years of experience working with an agency on creative development. Copywriting experience or strong familiarity with content creation. Understanding of email creation from a technical perspective. Ability to influence without authority and effectively communicate perspectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment while maintaining a results-driven approach to marketing execution. This is a 12 month hybrid contract.
