Pride Bodies Ltd., a Wabtec Company in Cambridge, Ontario, offers custom design and truck-body manufacturing and upfitting of utility, service, construction, railway and other custom truck bodies. Our environmentally-friendly truck bodies are researched, designed and customized to our customers’ satisfaction.

Who will you be working with?

As a member of the team at Pride Bodies Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Assemblers. You will also work daily with other Supervisors / Production Manager to support our customers and their requirements.

• Uphold priorities of Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Teamwork and Leadership;
• Achieve production results by communicating job expectations; planning, assigning personnel, appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and holding team members accountable for results;
• Be a team player and solution provider; communicate and collaborate with cross-functional areas (Engineering, Purchasing, Production).
