Job Description

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assembly Manager to oversee our build-to-print manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the assembly production team, ensuring that all products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting production schedules. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of build-to-print manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead the assembly production team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and delivery deadlines.
• Ensure that all assembly processes are performed in accordance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage multiple production sites / locations
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and optimize workflows.
• Provide input on planned capital expenditure for manufacturing equipment during the fiscal budgeting process.
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present production reports to senior management.
