We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of Contact Centre AI Solutions for enterprise clients. In this role, you will serve as the primary client liaison, driving project success by defining requirements, scope, and objectives while ensuring operational KPIs are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative Conversational Intelligence solutions, foster client relationships, and support account growth through strategic program oversight and execution.

What you’ll be doing :
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Help prepare scope, budgets and resourcing schedules
- Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure costs stay on track and align with project goals
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Oversee project procurement management
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Drive and delivery change requests for out-of-scope project items
- Support the Manager / Director to identify new customer opportunities
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are achieving their goals with the software, proactively addressing issues and identifying opportunities for growth and product adoption
