Do you like numbers? If you do so then, a renowned company in the food   industry is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate production costing, inventory management, and financial reporting.

What You’ll Do :

• Calculate daily production yield rates and allocate labor costs.
• Prepare daily finished goods costs and generate yield reports.
• Build standard product costs and collaborate with the sales team on pricing.
• Process vendor and intercompany inventory receipts.
• Reconcile intercompany inventory movements daily and during month-end.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payments and reconcile statements.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and process customer credit card payments.
• Assist with cash handling and respond to accounts receivable inquiries.
• Support sales cut-off verification, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and generate ad hoc reports.
• Perform administrative tasks and liaise with other teams and stakeholders.
