Responsibilities
Develop and foster relationships with existing customers.
Understand our customers’ digital signage network objectives.
Work with internal teams to bring new technology and tactics to reach the client’s network
objectives.
Manage day-to-day requests for content, new installations, or field service.
Manage timelines with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
Understand our responsibilities and obligations for pricing and turnaround times set out in customer agreements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
