4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally. 5. Conduct on-site visits to resolve technical problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services. Requirements : 1. Bachelor’s or College degree is a plus.
