Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and growth through upselling and cross-selling high-value solutions tailored to client needs. Location : Montréal, QC
Work Model : 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Type of Position : Full-time, permanent
Compensation : $80,000 base salary + commission + bonus + benefits + 4 weeks vacation. Annual earnings potential ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 or more.
Main Responsibilities :
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention across North America by achieving success in key metrics such as renewals, reducing churn, and increasing revenue.
- Deliver impactful presentations of product value propositions to diverse audiences, including high-level executives, showcasing deep product knowledge.
- Foster customer growth by monitoring performance and product adoption, creating plans for expansion through new product offerings.
- Manage inbound and self-generated sales opportunities from the initial contact to closing the deal.
