You’ll use your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to take charge of clients’ needs.Your role : Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactionsPerform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactionsEstablish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)Devise solutions that are tailored to client needsDevelop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional serviceWork with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and toolsYour team : Working in the Commercial Banking sector, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.We want to contribute to your quality of life by offering you flexibility in your work.
