• Office Services Representative
• to join our Office Services team in
• Langley, BC.
• Reporting to the
• Team Lead, Accounts Payable Office Services
• , you will be responsible for responding to customer service requests via in-person or email. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver courier mail between offices and external parties. You will also support the Accounts Payable team by completing administrative tasks.
• You will be responsible for :
• Providing excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Distributing incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate departments.
• Supporting the Accounts Payable team by preparing invoices, cheque runs and completing administrative tasks.
• Coordinating and processing high-volume postal and courier mail using courier software and a postal machine.
• Maintaining and replenishing the stationery room with office supplies.
• Driving a company vehicle to deliver supplies to nearby offices.
• You have :
• Previous office experience or retail experience is considered an asset.
• Comfort working on your feet for extended periods (up to 7 hours per day).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• The ability to lift and move packages and parcels weighing between 30 to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver’s license.
• You are :
• Professional in written, verbal and in person communication.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working within a small, collaborative team environment.

• Compensation Details :
• $44,466.00 - $55,583.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
