Summary / Résumé

Mandat senior en transformation SAP visant à piloter le volet Payroll et Benefits dans le cadre d’une migration SAP ECC vers S / 4HANA pour une grande organisation du secteur des services publics. Le rôle combine leadership fonctionnel, conformité réglementaire, migration de données et coordination avec des équipes locales et offshore.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

Diriger le chantier Payroll & Benefits du programme ECC → S / 4HANA

Analyser la configuration SAP HCM actuelle et définir la cible S / 4HANA

Assurer la conformité aux lois du travail, règles fiscales et conventions syndicales

Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes RH et Finance

Définir et exécuter la stratégie de migration des données paie et avantages sociaux

Superviser les intégrations avec la gestion du temps et la finance

Piloter les cycles de tests (unitaires, intégration, UAT)

Soutenir la planification de cutover et la stabilisation post-go-live

Agir comme point de contact principal côté onshore pour les équipes offshore et fournisseurs

Requirements / Profil recherché

8+ ans d’expérience en configuration SAP HCM Payroll & Benefits

Expérience concrète de projets de migration SAP ECC vers S / 4HANA

Excellente maîtrise de la conformité paie, fiscalité et administration des avantages sociaux

Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et animation d’ateliers

Expérience des environnements complexes et programmes de transformation

Atout : secteur des services publics / environnements syndiqués

Atout : paie canadienne et SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Atout : certification SAP HCM ou S / 4HANA RH
