We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Intern to support senior leadership in building AI-driven tools automating workflows improving efficiency and modernizing decision-making across the business.

What You Will Do

You will work directly with management to :

• Build & deploy internal AI tools to support HR safety project controls and admin processes
• Develop AI-powered automations to reduce manual work & streamline communication
• Create internal chatbots or retrieval systems for policies manuals & documentation
• Assist teams in implementing AI solutions in day-to-day operations
• Research AI use-cases that deliver measurable value in construction & heavy civil environments
• Prototype tools using Python APIs automation platforms (Zapier / PowerAutomate / etc.)
• Evaluate LLMs compare tools run small pilots & present findings to leadership
