Position Overview
Support the Quality Team through effective supplier relations to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Apply process improvement methodologies and Quality Assurance tools to improve supplier performance, customer service, quality, cycle, and delivery performance within an AS9100 / ISO9001 certified Quality Management System (QMS). Support direct contact with some of the largest customers and suppliers. This position will report to the Quality Assurance Manager.
