Our vacuum pumps can be found in agriculture, waste management, oil and gas, and many other industries.  Due to growing demand for our components, we’re searching for a new, long-term assembly technician to join us.  Vacuum Pump Assembler   Your role will be to assemble the pumps and sub-assemblies that we are known for and deburr their components, while complying to ISO and quality procedures. Troubleshooting and repairing any rebuilds brought in by customers gives added variety to the job.  You’ll do well in this role if you possess :

• Mechanical aptitude – you love working with parts, machinery, and tools.
• Resourcefulness – you know that there’s more than one way to a solution and keep trying when you hit a roadblock.
• Attention to detail – you’re conscientious, with an eagle eye for detail. Typical shop hours are Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. to 3 : 15 p.m. We offer competitive remuneration based on experience, with group benefits, and RSP enrollment after successful time milestones have been achieved.  Qualifications
• Good mechanical aptitude is essential
• General labour, production, and / or assembly experience is an asset
• Knowledge of pump build procedures and part production is an asset
