Technical Operations Manager

$60,000-70,000 salary
In this role you will support the parts and service initiative of a leading fashion accessory brand.
Responsibilities
- You will develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- You will support customer complaints.
- You will review repairs, parts, warranties and profit performance.
- You will manage and order inventory as required.
- You will create and maintain department revenue and expenses.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
- You communicate effectively with superior oral and written skills.
- You are comfortable manipulating spreadsheets using your advanced Excel skills.
- You have strong organization and time management skills and thrive in an environment where you create processes and increase efficiencies.
- You have a clean criminal record.
