CSM ServiceNow Architect- with FSM experience

The CSM Architect will be responsible for overall architectural design and delivery assurance. GlideFast's Architects have broad technical and process knowledge across a wide portfolio of GlideFast's services and products.

They work closely with the Business Process Consultant to create Stories by crafting the technical approach for each. The Architect will be crucial in providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Create expert level JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's
• Write / create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACL’s, data policies, UI scripts
• Lead and participate in development effort of solutions in three (3) or more of the following specializations :

ServiceNow Mainline Application(s) (CSM and ITSM, ITBM, HR, ITOM, etc)

Service Portal (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, SASS, Bootstrap)

Custom Application Development (Scoped Applications)

3rd Party Integrations Development (REST, SOAP, MID Servers, etc)

• Lead customer workshops and assist with demos as well as gathering technical and functional requirements.
• Create overall technical architecture, including design documentation and process flows, for ServiceNow implementations that align with customer business requirements
• Review developers’ code and provide recommendations / best practices to ensure success
• Partner with Business Process Consultants and attend requirements review and validation sessions as required
• Participate in scrum ceremonies
• Deliver measurable, positive results within the client and team’s timeline resulting in positive feedback from clients

Qualifications :

• Expertise designing and implementing ServiceNow CSM
• Experience with FSM
• 3+ years delivering / architecting technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• 4+ years in a consulting role, delivering software implementations preferable
• Expertise with JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript API's
• Experience with scripting languages such as PERL, JavaScript, Python, and Shell
• Strong consultative skills for software service delivery to lead customers in improving their processes and organizational models
• Strong knowledge in ITIL foundation is required

Certifications / Education

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
• ServiceNow Mainline Implementation Certification
• ITIL v3 or v4 Certification preferred

The starting pay range for this role is $140,000 - $190,000 CAD. Actual compensation will

depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal

or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
