Bus Bar Fabricator - Afternoon Shift-1

Job Summary

Responsible for all tasks and / or duties relating to inventory in any capacity. These include but are not limited to :

• Set up and operate CNC and milling machines, drill presses and other equipment.
• Fabricating Bus Bar and other parts / components, as required
• Program computerized equipment and make program edits as per requirements.
• Run and / or set up the CNC machines with the correct speed and feed.
• Thoroughly inspect parts and maintain quality based on TPS requirements
• Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers to verify work.
• Identify issues with machining tools and equipment and document / report them
• Identify opportunities for process and procedure improvement
• Keep workstation and department clean and organized
• Following ISO 9001 standards, practicing 5S and LEAN manufacturing standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Follow all safety procedures and quality requirements and wear approved PPE
