The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Representative to support growth across key markets. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and supporting sales initiatives aligned with strategic growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or market segments
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineering firms, EPCs, and key stakeholders
- Support the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development and contract award
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting within CRM systems
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required
Qualifications & Experience
3–7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in the OCTG, tubular, or industrial pipe sectorProven track record of selling casing, tubing, line pipe, or other tubular products into oilfield, energy, or industrial marketsStrong understanding of OCTG specifications, grades, threading, and applicationsExperience working with EPCs, oil & gas operators, distributors, and service companiesDemonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing customer relationshipsStrong commercial and technical aptitude with the ability to present engineering solutions and value propositionsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independentlyWillingness to travel extensively within assigned territoriesBase salary $150,000+, commensurate with experienceAggressive commission structure to reward performanceVehicle allowanceFull benefits program, including medical, dental, and extended coverageExpenses covered as required for business travel and customer engagement#J-18808-Ljbffr
