Join an environmental industrial services organization as their Controller. As the Controller, you will report to the CEO to provide meaningful financial and regulatory reporting to the Provincial Regulators, Board of Directors and Audit Committee as you lead the Finance function for the organization including oversight of a small accounting team. This is a hands-on Controller role responsible for financial reporting, cash management (including FX transactions), budget / forecasting and variance analysis, costing / inventory KPI’s, risk management, strategy and process improvements.

Job Requirements :

10+ years Controllership experience in a manufacturing, construction or industrial services industry (ideally within a Unionized environment) is desirable along with your CPA designation to be successful in this role.
