Account Manager, Flex Business – National Bank of Canada
Join a dynamic team and lead entrepreneurial clients who contact Flex Business and referrals received from partners. You will manage the growth of the client portfolio while serving SME clients who seek remote advice. Your experience in business development and customer service will help you build trust over the phone and support small to medium‑sized businesses through all their financial projects.
Reporting to the Director, Sales and Services, Flex Business, you collaborate daily with a team of 110 experts. Full‑time position, 37.5 hours per week. The position requires availability for rotation from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Schedule may vary. The selected candidate will work in hybrid mode with presence in our branches in the Laval region.
