Reports to : Manager, Warehousing & Logistics Business Process

Location : New Westminster, BC - This role is primarily based out of our New Westminster office, and is open to hybrid remote work

Work Arrangement : Flexible, between in-office and home

Pay Range : $44,700 - $55,100 per annum dependent on year of study and related experience

Duration : Four (4) months, May 4, 2026 – August 21, 2026

Hours Per Week : 40 hours per week, M-F

Your Co-Op Opportunity at ARC’TERYX :

As Process Improvement Engineer Co-op, your role is to analyze and document current processes in Warehousing and Logistics and to support Arc’teryx Supply Chain with data input, analysis and feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Meet Your Future Team :

Our team within warehousing and logistics focuses on enhancing supply chain efficiency through data insights. We work closely with cross functional departments to streamline operations and improve overall performance.

Here are some of the core activities you would be doing :

• Analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout to improve processes.
• Problem solving and developing corrective action plans for non-conformances.
• Analyzing processes, operations sequence, and flow of operation.
• Collecting and analyzing data across multiple systems resources to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing data input, analysis and feedback on various process improvements for the Warehousing and Logistics team to support overall operational excellence.
• Creating, evaluating and revising detailed process flow charts and SOPs to ensure cross functional alignment to drive efficiency and collaboration.
• Analyzing current system output and establish related KPI metrics.
• Communicating findings and recommendations through data and visualizations.
• Supporting change management and process stabilization
• Participating in operational initiatives as needed that are related to productivity and automation improvements.
