Job Summary

Ainsworth is currently looking for Refrigeration / HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. The role will be responsible for assembling, installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment products and Mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to diagnose HVAC equipment, full understanding of product wiring diagrams
• Installation of HVAC / R-related equipment and components.
• Assists in the overhaul and servicing of HVAC / R units and systems.
• Perform maintenance and repair on refrigeration equipment and systems.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform all job functions in a safe and healthful manner, abiding by and in accordance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental company policies and government legislation / regulations.
• Contribute to the ongoing training and mentoring of indentured apprentices
• Adhere to the Company’s Quality System operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
