Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and safety-minded Groundman Laborer to support our field crews. You will be the "boots on the ground," assisting with tree removal, brush clearing, and vegetation management. This is an entry-level to mid-level role perfect for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and is looking for a career with a real stake in the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Ground Support : Assist tree climbers and equipment operators by hauling brush, feeding wood chippers, and staging tools.

• Equipment Operation : Safely operate chainsaws, blowers, weed eaters, and wood chippers.
• Vegetation Control : Perform manual clearing, pruning, and assisting with targeted herbicide applications as part of our integrated management plans.
• Site Safety : Maintain a clean and safe job site; use hand signals to guide equipment and manage traffic control when working near roadways.
• Maintenance : Perform basic daily maintenance on gear and equipment to ensure everything is mission-ready.
• Travel : You will travel to customer sites within the province or outside of the province as well
