Job descriptionDevelops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers. Facilitates training with new and current employees. Conducts and participates in group meetings. Coordinates evaluations with management. Determines best solutions for package concerns. Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely. Understands and consistently demonstrates UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct. Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask Strong oral and written communication skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred Management experience – Preferred $20.45 / per hour to start Hourly wage. Compensated on a weekly basis – direct deposit every Friday Merit increase / review after 6 months and once a year thereafter Company defined pension plan (DCPP) Tuition reimbursement up to $2000 / per semester Promotion from within - career development, training, and advancement Immediate access to employee discounts Health, dental, and vision care benefits after 60 days EAP – employee assistance program Steady work schedule Great teamwork environment

Job Description :
The PT Preload Supervisor is responsible for planning, delegating, and reviewing the day-to-day area activities of the preload operations. They work with hourly and management staff and collaborate with support functions to address process, safety, staffing, training, and disciplinary issues.
Shift :
- Permanent part time
- Monday – Friday (5 days a week)
- 04 : 00 AM – 09 : 30 AM approx. (should be flexible with start and finish times)
