We are looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our team. This is a great role for someone who is supportive, willing and helpful, and wants to develop their careers in water / wastewater infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of accountability, will be goal oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment that will challenge and develop their skills and abilities.

Responsibilities :

At Tritech, we aim to provide opportunities that are challenging, fast-paced, that effectively utilize the skills of our team members, and provides variety in day-to-day tasks.

The job responsibilities for this role includes :

• Perform various manual labor tasks to support mechanical / civil operations
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Maintain a clean worksite by removing unwanted materials from construction sites
• Assist heavy equipment operators with compaction, loading and moving of fill
• Install miscellaneous metals (stairs, platforms, handrails, and pipe supports)
• Assist with the installation of underground process and plumbing piping systems (HDPE, PVC, Ductile Iron, Steel, Copper etc.) ranging from - 60 diameter
• Assist with the installation of process equipment (pumps, mixers, blowers, compressors, gates, valves)
• Use power tools and machinery when needed
• Establish a safe work environment through continuous training and development and by maintaining all safety standards

Operate with honesty, integrity, and respect, and maintain a client focus

Requirements

Construction Safety Training Systems Certificate (CSTS), or SiteReadyBC Online Construction Safety Orientation Certificate
