Our client is a successful multi-entity general contractor working in the ICI Sector. They are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to assist with full cycle project accounting duties.

About the role :

This individual must demonstrate high standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion. You will be able to multi-task, wear many hats and love variety in your day to day work. You will provide support as needed and will have frequent interactions with other company leaders, staff, contractors, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities would include full cycle accounting for or 6-8 projects at the same time each with having 6-10 sub trades including :

• Vendor management  and accounts payable, billings and accounts receivable
• PO maintenance,  g / l coding and invoice entering
• Management of Project expenses
• Journal Entries, Reconciliations and month end reporting
