Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

This person will be responsible for operating machinery on the production line.

It is a 12 hour continental shift - days and nights - Rotation every 2 weeks

Pay rate

$20 / hour

Responsibilities

• Preparation, setup, starting, and running the equipment.
• Perform minor adjustments to the equipment as directed.
• Accurately completing and updating information forms and logs such as cap daily log, destruction logs, and quality forms.
• Recognize unsafe conditions and actions and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices and safe machine operations.
• Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards;
• Accurately filling out inspection sheets based on overall production quality and reporting deficiencies immediately.
• Understanding of the equipment computer system.
• Comprehension of line flow and manufacturing process to maximize output.
• Ability to communicate issues clearly and concisely.
• Keep work area clean, and organized
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CALGARY, AB.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 / hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in CALGARY,AB.
