Reporting to the Director of Care or designate, and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, the RN will work closely with other front line team members to provide high quality care and services to residents. The RN supports the team it works with in creating a warm, respectful, positive, safe, supportive culture for our residents, their families and other team members. As part of their role, the RN ensures care and services provided to the residents aligns with organizational polices, care standards and regulations.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate the ability and temperament to deal tactfully, effectively, and cooperatively with residents, family members, contract agencies, team members, leadership, and visitors

- The ability to support all team members who provide resident care and services

What you will need to succeed
Qualified Registered Nurse (RN)Minimum of 1 year experience in residential care is considered an assetAn equivalent combination of experience and qualifications acceptable to the facilityExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong computer literacyConducts oneself in a professional mannerDemonstrates and supports the Vision, Mission, and ValuesEnergetic, positive, a natural leader who has the personal skills to motivate, encourage and support team membersPossesses the physical capabilities required for this roleConditions of Employment
