Role Description

This is a full-time, Operations Manager role located in Calgary, Alberta. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include managing team performance, coordinating project schedules, assessing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role also involves fostering client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and handling resource allocation to optimize productivity.

Qualifications

• Operational and management skills, including team leadership, resource allocation, and process optimization
• Experience in project planning, supervision, and execution, particularly in construction or flooring projects
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction or related industries
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as intermediate financial and budgeting skills
• Ability to work on-site and lead teams in a dynamic work environment
• Previous experience in the concrete flooring or construction industry is preferred
