Job descriptionAs the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development : Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling : Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed, monitoring on‑call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. In‑home Assessments : Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management : Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture : Create the workplace of choice for your territory, setting your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale. A proven leader with previous experience managing a team Success with meeting sales and business development goals Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff Strong interpersonal and communication skills Base salary with 20% quarterly cash profit share Company provided car with paid gas Cell phone stipend Unlimited PTO with corporate approval Initial and ongoing training and professional development opportunities We are the best…
