Job Description

Are you passionate about optimizing user experience and website performance? Do you want a strategic role with operational reach, where you can truly deliver, iterate quickly, and impact sales? This is the position for you.

As Lead, Web Marketing & Conversion Optimization, you are responsible for the overall performance of our digital properties (Canada, US, Europe) and their continuous evolution to support business objectives.

You will work closely with traffic acquisition, brand, and IT teams, while also leading the web team (front-end integrator, e-commerce specialist, etc.). Your goal : to maximize conversion rates, improve the user experience, and increase sales.
